Hospitality Sales Coordinator (Fixed Term, until 30 June 2027)
The Hospitality Sales Coordinator plays a key support and coordination role within the Hospitality Sales team, managing the processing and fulfilment of hospitality packages from the moment they have been sold by the team through to event day.
The role coordinates catering and hospitality requirements for clients attending WRU international home games and third-party events such as concerts and other sporting events at the Principality Stadium.
You will be working closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure a high-quality guest experience. In addition to hospitality coordination support, you will also be involved in direct selling activities especially during periods of peak demands.
Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro rata)

The Person
· Previous experience in hospitality sales, event management, or customer service within a large-scale venue or stadium environment would be beneficial.
· Previous experience in administration, telephone handling, invoicing.
· Strong customer service skills and ability to manage client relationships.
· Ability to support sales initiatives and upselling opportunities in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft package.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to communicate and work through the medium of Welsh is desirable.

WRU Requirements
The WRU require that individuals are proficient in IT skills, specifically Microsoft packages. Excellent written and verbal communications are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh and a Valid UK Driver's License is desirable.
